  • Laura Guderian


    Laura seeks to improve the quality of her patients' well-being by collaborating with them and setting attainable health goals. She takes an evidence-based approach to care, identifying patients' health issues and monitoring the progress of their treatments. She has a particular interest in chronic disease prevention and the management of Hepatitis C and HIV. Laura received her master's in public health from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and earned her MD through Louisiana State University. She completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and spent a year in Botswana as a Family Clinic Director in the Clinical Center of Excellence in Gaborone. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases Note: sees patients age 18 and older.


  • Jonathan Silberlicht


    Jonathan brings strong clinical knowledge and an empathetic demeanor to his practice at One Medical, where he emphasizes illness prevention and lifestyle modification. He takes an integrative approach to care and enjoys facilitating the healing process for patients with health issues such as diabetes, migraines and musculoskeletal conditions. Upon graduating from Columbia University, he earned his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his residency in Urban Family Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center. He went on to complete a fellowship in Integrative Medicine and is a certified medical acupuncturist. Jonathan is board-certified in Family Medicine.


  • M. Victoria Albina


    Victoria Albina has a passion for helping people feel their best, and she uses a collaborative approach with patients at One Medical Group. She strongly believes in listening to, connecting with, and educating her patients so that they feel empowered in their care and find solutions that fit their lives, budgets, and lifestyles. Victoria also strongly believes that health comes in all shapes and sizes, and she honors all bodies, equally. Born in Mar del Plata, Argentina, Victoria was raised in the great state of Rhode Island and considers herself a kitchen connoisseur. “I’ve been known to spend entire weekends geeking out over new recipes,” she says. Victoria uses her nutritional expertise to help patients as well. “I believe that food is the best medicine, and enjoy working to find the nutritional roots of ailments from eczema to depression to anxiety,” she adds. Victoria is also happy to join the New York LGBTQ community as a queer provider, and hopes to be a helpful, loving new face for locals seeking care. Not to mention, se habla español.


  • Paul Stabile


    Putting excellent patient care first and foremost, Paul makes efficient use of technology, allowing him to spend more time listening to his patients' needs and collaborating with them when making medical decisions. He is an experienced primary care provider with expertise in HIV and hepatitis treatment. A graduate of Rutgers University, Paul completed his Physician's Assistant training and master's degree at Philadelphia University. He was most recently the Director of Clinical Care at the William F. Ryan Community Health Network in New York and has been practicing family medicine as a Physician's Assistant since 1999. Paul is certified through the NCCPA and is also a certified HIV specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine.

  • Ellen Goldstein Vora


    As a psychiatrist with an integrative focus, Ellen believes mental well-being is powerfully influenced by sleep, exercise, thought patterns, relationships, nutrition, spirituality and creative outlets. She incorporates a variety of modalities into her psychiatry practice, including acupuncture, yoga philosophy, breathing, and relaxation techniques in conjunction with conventional treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and psycho-pharmacology. Ellen believes mental health is fundamental to primary care and treats a range of health issues, from panic disorders to bipolar illness and ADHD to fibromyalgia. After graduating from Yale University, Ellen earned her MD at Columbia University and stayed on to complete an internship at Columbia University Medical Center. She began her postgraduate training at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center and completed her residency in psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture, and is a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed medical acupuncturist, and certified yoga instructor.

  • Kristen Scarlett


    As a mental health counselor, Kristen enjoys getting to know her patients deeply, encouraging their growth and helping them develop the insight needed to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. She primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy in her practice, listening to her patients and then providing feedback focused on constructing solutions for everything from relationship issues to anxiety disorders. After earning her master's in counseling psychology from College of St. Elizabeth, Kristen developed her skills providing individual and family therapy in both the private practice and hospital settings. She spent several years as an oncology counselor and also managed her own private practice for six years before joining One Medical. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is certified through the NBCC.
