Kristina D’Antonio received her MSW from NYU Silver School of Social Work and completed postgraduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the William Alanson White Institute. In addition to providing direct care to individual patients and groups using psychodynamic, relational, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, she serves as the program’s Manager of Clinical Services and provides clinical supervision to MSW and NP students. Her clinical interests include the treatment of post-partum depression, the impact of early trauma on the perinatal period, and sexual challenges in women. Ms. D’Antonio has a background working in psychiatric research, with patients suffering from severe mental illness in an inpatient setting, and in providing outpatient psychotherapy to individuals and groups. At CUMC, Ms. D’Antonio provides provides both individual and group psychotherapy to patients using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches.
