Evelyn M. Horn, M.D. is Director of the Perkin Heart Failure Center at Weill Cornell Medicine and a nationally recognized expert in advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, and mechanical circulatory support. She specializes in the care of patients with systolic and diastolic heart failure, valvular heart disease, pulmonary vascular disease, congenital heart disease, and right heart failure, including complex cases requiring ventricular assist devices or transplant evaluation.
