    Co-Founder

    Dr. Wang is co-founder of RIVIA Mind, a group practice that focuses on delivering the best evidence-based combined treatment to the insured population. Dr. Wang’s role is in management, providing clinical supervision and extensive education to clinical staff. Her focus on education ensures that high quality of care is delivered to each and every one of RIVIA’s patients. Dr. Wang graduated on the Dean’s Honors List from the University of California, Berkeley. She pursued an M.D. at Ben Gurion University, affiliated with Columbia Medical Center, where she was elected class representative and received the Dean’s List Honor-Distinguished Service Award. Afterward, Dr. Wang completed her psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School, during which she also completed a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. Dr. Wang has presented her work at local, national, and international conferences, and co-authored book chapters and peer-reviewed articles.     Dr. Raad is co-founder of RIVIA Mind, an outpatient mental health center that focuses on delivering the best evidence-based mental health treatment. Dr. Raad is a clinical supervisor and educator for all clinicians in the practice, as well as manager of the group, helping ensure excellent care and quality customer service. Dr. Raad graduated Phi Beta Kappa from MIT with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He then pursued in medical education at Columbia University, where he earned his M.D. and a Masters in Public Health (M.P.H.) focusing on healthcare policy and management. He completed his residency training in Psychiatry at the Weill Cornell Medical Center / New York Presbyterian Hospital, followed by a research and clinical fellowship in forensic psychiatry at Columbia University. He has also had extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Columbia University. In addition to extensive clinical experience, Dr. Raad has published article and book chapters, and given talks at a variety of conferences. His interests include human emotions, free will, ethics and policy in mental health, and innovation in healthcare.     Marisa is an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who received her Master’s degree from New York University. For nearly a decade, Marisa worked within major hospital systems in New York City providing care for those with complex medical, psychiatric, and psychosocial needs, first as a nurse and then an advanced practice provider. She was the co-leader of the Behavioral Health Team at Mount Sinai Hospital, a novel program within the department of consultation-liaison psychiatry that provided proactive psychiatric interventions and improved access to mental health treatment, which she remains passionate about.     Marole is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 10 years of practice as an RN and NP; graduating with his master’s from the University of Rhode Island. He has a wide range of experience in working with patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, and many other needs. He also has experience in crisis, emergency, and inpatient psychiatric care. Marole approaches his care with the entire patient as a whole in mind. Meghan has experience working with patients across the lifespan with challenges facing diagnoses of neurodevelopment disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, as well as personality disorders.
