Wagyu Room, presented by Sushi by Bou and 2025 Florida Michelin Bib Gourmand Winning and Kobe-certified Palm Beach Meats, is a 10-course Wagyu Omakase tasting experience that reimagines the art of dining in a first of its kind culinary performance. An intimate and luxurious setting brings guests together at our chef’s counter as each course is prepared and served before their eyes: an experience as immersive as it is indulgent. $150 per person, 90-minute seatings.
