Dr Veronica Flake is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician. A Philadelphia native, she earned her graduate medical degree from the Latin American School of Medicine, located in Havana, Cuba and completed residency in Family Medicine at John H Stroger, Jr Hospital of Cook County. Dr Flake sees adolescent and adult patients in a a primary care setting and provides direct holistic primary, preventative and comprehensive family planning and reproductive healthcare services for all, with a bio-psycho-social focus on treating the patient and their family, not solely the ailment. She is fluent in Spanish and believes in providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care to diverse patient populations.
