Pheon was born in Hong Kong and raised in New York City. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Stony Brook University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Long Island University Brooklyn, graduating magna cum laude .
Pheon has over 15 years of nursing experience working in the Emergency Department and Radiology. During this time, she earned triple certifications in Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Nursing and Adult Emergency Nursing.
Pheon continues her professional journey with the Division of Pain Management and looks forward to collaborating with patients to provide high quality and compassionate care. She is fluent in Cantonese.
