• Mr Rami

  Rami is excited to be part of the ownership team of The Goddard School of Lenox Hill. Rami is a proud husband and father of three young children, Asees , Japna, and Kirpa who all graduated from The Goddard School. Along with his wife Ribli, they have had the privilege of running The Goddard Schools of Murray Hill and Stuytown for the past 8 years. Over the years, they’ve built a strong reputation for operating some of the top preschools in Manhattan and now thrilled to bring that same dedication and care to The Goddard School of Lenox Hill opening in early 2026. Prior to this, Rami worked in Corporate America for 15 years and has a dual major in Finance and Accounting from Pace University in NYC. In his spare time, Rami loves to cook, host friends, travel, and try new foods.

• Dr Ryan

  Ryan brings over 20 years of pre-k to post-graduate educational experience, serving previously as a graduate-level professor, K-12 director of technology and educational technology specialist, and prior to that, as a health and PE teacher, department chair, and varsity/JV coach. As an educator with three children of his own (one of whom attended a Goddard School), Ryan is deeply passionate about child-centered learning and fostering social, emotional, and academic growth to prepare our youngest learners for K-12 and beyond. Ryan looks forward to bringing his leadership, instructional, and coaching experience, along with his true love for learning, to the Goddard School.

• Dr Geva

  A powerhouse in the field of early childhood education, Dr. Geva Dublin brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher and executive leader. With a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and dual master’s degrees, she is uniquely qualified to guide our school’s growth. Geva's extensive background includes NYS certifications in Birth-6 and School District and School Building Leadership, and reflects a lifelong commitment to academic excellence and nurturing the next generation of learners. Dr. Dublin is not only an experienced administrator but also a published scholar. Her doctoral research titled, “The Impact of System Leadership on Early Childhood Teacher Recruitment, Retention and Professional Development,” focused on the vital intersection of teacher retention and professional development, a passion she now brings to our faculty and classrooms. Having served as an Executive Director of ECE, she specializes in creating stable, innovative, and high-achieving learning environments.
