Strengths: Both my lived experience as a parent and my prior career as an internal auditor gave me the compassion and curiosity in striving to identify the evolving contributing factors to mental health conditions by using the bio-psycho-social-cultural/spiritual framework and to develop a team-based comprehensive treatment plan accordingly. Inspiration: I have lived experience of raising a son with a serious mental illness growing up, and I aspire to use that lived experience to continue walk with children and their families to help children overcome mental health challenges in their formative years of human development.
