A brand new bakery concept by Chef Dominique Ansel with his own unique take on Asian bread culture. Papa d'Amour (the nickname his kids call him) celebrates his children's dual heritage with thoughtfully created items ranging from his signature egg tarts with pretzel salt, lace-batter taro mochi donuts, a selection of seasonal shokupans, and even butter dipped vanilla milk soft serve. The menu also features well-crafted sandos and a variety of savory items as well as coffee.
