Emily Lampshire is a doctorate-trained adult-gerontology nurse practitioner with advanced clinical training in neurology. As an RN, she worked in clinical research, investigating new medications for Alzheimer’s disease. Emily works closely with the general neurologists and neuromuscular specialists in the Multispecialty Practice and in the Peripheral Neuropathy Center at The Neurological Institute. She specializes in the symptomatic management of chronic neurological conditions, such as headaches and facial pain, vertigo, and neuropathies. She enjoys working collaboratively with patients to develop an individualized, holistic, and evidence-based treatment plan. She sees patients and performs in-office procedures at two convenient locations: The Neurological Institute and ColumbiaDoctors Tarrytown. She also offers telemedicine visits.
