Andrew Truong, MD

Description

Dr. Truong is an adult and pediatric dermatologist. His interests include general medical dermatology, inflammatory skin conditions, birthmarks and vascular anomalies, laser treatments, and medical education. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Pediatric Dermatology Research Alliance, and the Society for Pediatric Dermatology. He has authored several publications and presented at regional and national conferences. Dr. Truong is committed to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages and enjoys helping patients maintain healthy skin through preventative care and education. Dr. Andrew Truong received his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin. He completed his internship in Pediatrics at Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital then went on to complete his dermatology residency at the University of Minnesota where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Truong received an additional year of specialized fellowship training in Pediatric Dermatology at Columbia University.
