Mrs. Stephanie Tejada is a Nurse Practitioner, MSN, FNP-BC practicing at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She received her Bachelors in Nursing from New York University and her Master’s in Nursing from Dominican University. Previously, Stephanie was a registered nurse for 8.5 years at New York Presbyterian Columbia Medical Center with extensive background as an experienced nurse in Medicine, Neurology and Endoscopy.Her clinical interest includes Colorectal Cancer prevention in under privileged communities and removing barriers to screening by promoting accessibility, education and lifestyle changes.She is doubled -board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In addition, Stephanie serves as Nurse Practitioner for the Navigation program at the Department of Medicine, Division of Liver Diseases and Digestive Disorders.
