Customizable EHR Templates
The on-site set up team was very nice, friendly and courteous. I had no difficulty asking them a ton of questions. They were always very polite too. It’s been 2 years now and I just faced some issue with my EHR templates once. As promised I was not provided with pre-existing templates initially. However after reporting my problem, I was provided with customizable EHR templates that proved to be even more helpful than the regular ones. However that process cost me 3 working days which was not so good. The company did compensate and has been cooperative ever since as well. So, good job I guess.

Impressive Customer Support
Their customer support has been top-notch till now. Not only are they professional, but they've also been extremely cordial during the whole implementation and training process.

Smooth EHR conversion
I was using Epic before them, and their system had a lot of issues. So when I heard about CureMD, I scheduled product demos. The demos were extremely comprehensive, and their representatives helped address all my queries and I soon made the switch. A thing I was worried about, the transition of my data from my previous system to CureMD’s EHR, was handled very well. And although I have faced a few problems with the system, their client services personnel are very efficient in helping identify and correct these problems. Also, they don’t charge extra for client support; you rarely find a competent free service these days.

Easy to use templates
As a primary care physician, I was faced with quite lot of challenges that made me reluctant to shift from paper to electronic charts. I was left with two choices, either make the shift or shut down my practice. So, I started my search for an EHR that was user friendly and within my budget. My search stopped with CureMD. I made my decision during the first demo that they gave me. What convinced me was their template for primary care physicians. Their auto options for Clinical Decision Support enables physicians to create electronic notes in couple of minutes. Added with the customized growth and flow charts, the system was practically doing half the work for me, saving enough time to see more patients. I knew instantly that was the EHR for me!

Great product
CureMD is a great EHR system. Their training module and customer services are very helpful. Their representatives are well trained to answer my questions along the way. I feel that since having their system it has greatly benefited my practice and increased the productivity.
