  • W 12th Street 2BR, 2Bath - Contemporary But Renovation

    This project was a true transformation from estate sale condition to a new, contemporary apartment on one of the most desirable Landmark blocks in the West Village. It required a DOB Filing for a permit, Asbestos Removal/Remediation, Wall Removals, complete electrical upgrade, kitchen, two baths, custom closets, new doors, waterproofing and soundproofing of floors... It was truly a challenge. Wall to wall Radiator and AC Covers were designed and installed in two rooms, a packaged through the wall heat and air conditioning unit with remote control was installed in the kitchen. The kitchen included opening walls to expand the footprint, moving all fixture locations (stove and sink) and an eat in Banquette! We are proud to say that our clients were delighted.. and the result was better then expected!!! We are thrilled to have won two MASTER DESIGN AWARDS in 2012 for first and third place in two categories - the smallest bathroom ever, and the kitchen in a $50K to $100K category for this project. It's a national competition awarded by peers and published in the "Qualified Remodeler" Magazine, sister publication to Kitchen & Bath News by Cygnus.

  • Banquette

    Part of the 12th street renovation, this banquette includes a seat on the right side that is completely removable so that the through the wall Packaged heat and AC unit can be serviced. It matches the kitchen cabinetry, and includes a unique furniture design that was award winning - brilliant, and beautiful! It only includes two furniture screws that hold the top in place. The seat back and seat come out in a snap - no screws required - to have full access, if ever needed, to the through the wall unit.

  • Radiator Covers

    Each Unit is made to address the function and space requirements - whether it needs to have a modern design, or prewar furniture piece that has an integrated marble sill/top or fits into a wall corner.

    Price: 2500.00 and up, depending on size and features.

  • RC and AC Units (combined or not)

    These covers are designed to integrate the existing Interiors into the details. This includes matching cover elements with other built in units in the room so the new cover looks like it was always part of the room design. Each reflects the unique needs and requirements of the mechanical unit to enable easy maintenance in the future. That requires removable panels, access panels, Air supply grills and air flow considerations, sometimes completely removable side cabinets or entirely removable units. Whatever the need, these pieces are timeless and furniture quality -- a beautiful addition to any room.

    Price: 3000.00 and up depending on design
