    Managing Attorney

    Ludka Zimovcak, Esq. is a Managing Attorney at NPZ Law Group, PC. Mrs. Zimovcak’s passion for excellence in immigration law derives from her own family’s first-hand immigration experiences. She is fully licensed to practice as an Attorney in Slovakia and New York. Mrs. Zimovcak graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Comenius University in Slovakia with a Master of Laws Degree. She was also awarded the Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. Over the past decade, Mrs. Zimovcak has overseen thousands of cases and counseled clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies in a wide variety of industries regarding their business immigration needs. In addition, she has been working extensively on various family immigration matters including complex consular processing cases, hardship waivers to overcome various types of inadmissibility bars, and other family petitions. Mrs. Zimovcak has been a frequent lecturer on Immigration Law to the New Jersey Bar and numerous educational institutions.     SNEHAL BATRA, ESQ. is the Managing Attorney of Raritan, New Jersey office of NPZ Law Group. Ms. Batra has been a practicing attorney licensed in New Jersey since 2001. Ms. Batra is an Indian-American attorney with a passion for immigration law which derives from being an immigrant herself. Having been born in India and raised in New Jersey, Snehal understands firsthand the many difficulties and challenges that immigrants commonly experience while engaged in the U.S. immigration process. As such, she is eager to help families, businesses and individual immigrants to realize the American dream. Ms. Batra’s practice includes all areas of US business/family immigration and Naturalization.     SAMANTHA CHASWORTH, ESQ. is Counsel at the Nachman Phulwani Zimovcak (NPZ) Law Group, P.C., a pre-eminent International Immigration and Nationality Law Firm dedicated to providing a wide array of business and family immigration law services for skilled U.S.-and Canada-bound workers. Ms. Chasworth earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York, where she was an editor on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development and participated in numerous immigration and family law clinics and internships including time at the US-Mexico Border at the Karnes County Civil Detention Center. She also has authored articles primarily on the topic of immigration and first amendment rights. Prior to law school, she received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo earning degrees in both Political Science and Spanish and studied abroad in Cusco, Peru. Ms. Chasworth’s experience in the U.S. immigration arena include general removal defense, bond hearings, asylum, cancellation of removal, u visa applications, family-based petitions, hardship waivers, and consular processing, as well as criminal immigration law matters.
