Private personal training gym/facility offering a variety of training styles, as well as women's self defense and kids' after school training. We do MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and weight training. You'll find equipment here that can't be found in most gyms, such as the Prowler, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, sleds, and more. Our facility is available to independent trainers and group fitness instructors with clientele.
