Jim Moran, Chief Operating Officer, is an experienced operations leader with nearly two decades in the high-tech industry. His experience spans operations, sales, logistics, finance, marketing, planning and human resources. Prior to joining Vivial, Mr. Moran ran a consulting company specializing in operational efficiencies and held sales and operational positions at STi Prepaid, Teligent and Lucent. Mr. Moran holds a Master's degree in Business and Education from Adelphi University and City College in NY, respectively and a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Richard Hallé oversees all aspects of finance for the company, including accounting, treasury, tax, planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Mr. Hallé has more than 20 years of diverse experience in financial management with operating and financial services companies. He is the former CFO of DTN Holding Company in Omaha, Nebraska, and has served as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. She has held increasingly senior sales and marketing roles at companies such as Time Warner Cable, where she served as VP Marketing, Tachyon, Teligent, MCI, Colgate Palmolive, and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Ms. Goldbarg graduated from Wellesley College, and holds a M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Harvard University.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jim Barnes is responsible for all global technology infrastructure and operations. His global software engineering leadership spans the United States, India and Asia development centers. Mr. Barnes has worked for CSC as a Partner in consulting and client executive roles and has had leadership roles in turn-around companies in various technology industries. Mr. Barnes holds a BA degree in Physics and Mathematics from Augustana College, SD.

As Senior Vice President of Production, Bartolomé Soriano oversees all aspects of publishing operations. He has a track record of more than 20 years of leadership experience in systems and IT management, most recently for CODETEL, (Compañía Dominicana de Teléfonos) in Santo Domingo, where his roles included serving as director of Systems Management and director of the company’s IT Transformation Program. He has also served in key IT and systems roles at companies such as Banco de Reservas and Oracle Corp. Bart holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The United States Air Force Academy.

As Vice President, Finance, Marc Bebout provides leadership and coordination of the daily operations of the company’s Finance Department. Marc has spent the past decade with Vivial’s Finance Department, including his most recent role as Senior Director, FP&A. Before joining the company, Mr. Bebout held the same role for Charter Communications and previous to that was Finance Manager for Dex Media.
