Sarah Baker combines careful listening with a hands-on approach, guiding each patient to make choices that lead to vibrant healthy lifestyles. She has a particular interest in treating diabetes and obesity, anxiety and depression, and relieving skin problems and allergies. As an osteopathic provider, she is particularly interested in how musculoskeletal issues may be affecting their overall health and can provide full-body pain relief using Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment. Sarah enjoys an active and creatively expressive lifestyle that includes writing, swimming, cooking, and art. She attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Peninsula Hospital in Far Rockaway, Queens, and Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island. John is a passionate provider who aims to help each of his patients navigate the complexity of modern medicine. Born overseas to expatriate parents, John has traveled widely, and is passionate about enjoying the present moment wherever he may be. He lives an active and balanced lifestyle, enjoying a broad range of outdoor activities including biking, running, kayaking, and hiking. He attended Yale for an undergraduate degree in Linguistics, and then UC Davis for his MD degree. John completed his residency at the Santa Rosa Family Medicine Residency program, and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Rachana fuses efficient use of technology with the development of strong patient- physician relationships. A skilled and approachable doctor, she focuses on helping prevent illnesses such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Rachana graduated with honors from New York University where she went on to receive her MD; she then completed her residency at NYU's Langone Medical Center. She is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine.

As a family practitioner, Nora focuses largely on preventive care and seeks to treat the root cause of physical and emotional health issues, including anxiety, depression and a full range of women's health needs - from routine gynecologic care to contraceptive management. She aims to help the patient navigate through and distill information into a personalized treatment and/or prevention plan. With a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a master's from New York University, Nora earned her MD from New York Medical College. She completed her residency in urban family practice at Beth Israel Medical Center and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.
East Coast native Jenna Katzman entered the primary care field in order to work in partnership with patients and to help them achieve their health goals. She was drawn to One Medical Group because the group’s philosophy lines up with her own ideals, and she appreciates the innovative strategies designed to enhance the patient experience. Jenna’s practice style is attentive, careful, and thoughtful, and she’s always willing to negotiate with patients based on their individual needs. She listens to patients closely before developing a plan that is suitable and realistic for their lifestyle. She particularly enjoys treating issues like diabetes, hypertension, anxiety disorders, and neurological conditions, and assisting patients with smoking cessation. To stay healthy, Jenna enjoys meditation, hiking, and kayaking. She also loves watching ice hockey and playing board games. Jenna also volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Diabetes Research Institute. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University, her bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and her master’s of science degree in nursing from NYU. After a stint in New England, earning her undergraduate degree from Colby College and her master’s degree from Boston College, Sarah is happy to return home to New York City to be close to family and take advantage of all the theaters, museums, and food the city has to offer. Sarah stays healthy by running and is training for a marathon. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Seanna explores the connections between the health of the mind, body and spirit, using acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine to activate her patients' natural healing processes and increase their quality of life. She puts patients at ease with her lighthearted manner, and helps restore a sense of normalcy for patients who feel out-of-balance. After earning her master's in social work, Seanna spent several years as a medical social worker at St. Luke's Hospital in New York before going on to receive her master's in traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She gained extensive experience by practicing at her own private acupuncture clinic before joining One Medical. She is certified through the NCCAOM.
Malcolm enjoys being on the front lines of patient care, managing diagnostic and therapeutic challenges with a compassionate, integrative approach that stresses close doctor-patient collaboration. He is the author and chief editor of several best-selling medical textbooks and online resources, and has extensive expertise in managing a wide range of issues including the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and sports injuries. Malcolm graduated magna cum laude from Amherst College, received his MD from Duke University, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Harvard's New England Deaconess Hospital and Temple University Hospital. He joined One Medical from his national award-winning Internal Medicine practice in Pennsylvania and was an attending physician at The Bryn Mawr Hospital since 1986. He is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Jordan A. Keys is committed to individualized, progressive, patient-centered care, and she feels One Medical Group offers the perfect environment to foster her practice style. With specialties in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment, Jordan dedicates her time with patients to listening intently and guiding treatment. She believes the secret to helping patients is to address the root causes of the issues disrupting their homeostasis. She particularly enjoys treating musculoskeletal, nutritional, and metabolic conditions, as well as chronic pain, anxiety/depression, sports injuries, and more. To stay healthy, she enjoys eating nutritious and delicious food, running, spinning, cooking, and dancing with her husband. She also loves to travel and paint, and volunteers with Slow Food USA. Jordan is board certified in family medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and is an adjunct faculty member at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City.
