  Craig Ingber joined Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy LLP as a partner in 2014.  Mr. Ingber’s practice involves all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including the purchase and sale of multifamily commercial and residential property, commercial leasing, financing of multifamily commercial and residential real property, commercial loan origination, conveyances and rent regulatory matters relating to the purchase and sale of multifamily commercial and residential property.

  Stefan B. Kalina

  Stefan B. Kalina works with the Litigation and Real Estate Department, handling complex commercial and insurance disputes, as well as real estate litigation and transactions. He represents corporate and individual clients before trial and appellate courts in several jurisdictions.   Gerald Padmore is an attorney with Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy (Denver, Colorado, USA), whose practice involves natural resources law, international business transactions and commercial litigation. He was born in Liberia and moved to the United States in 1956. After completing Yale University in 1967 and Harvard Law School in 1970, he returned to Liberia where he taught at the University of Liberia Law School and served as Liberia's Acting Minister of Finance, Deputy Minister of Finance and Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs before moving to Denver in 1980.

  Mr. Skolnik concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation and general litigation and dispute resolution, appearing in courts of the United States and in state courts, before juries and arbitral tribunals.   Mr. Spivak concentrates his practice in the area of labor and employment law and commercial litigation.   Mr. Trachtman concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal law, corporate and commercial litigation, and employment discrimination in the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey.   Laura M. Trachtman

  Laura M. Trachtman began her practice at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office, then clerked for the Honorable Judge John Ingram in Kings County Supreme Court.  She then moved on to focus exclusively on appellate litigation before expanding her practice to general litigation.  Laura is well-versed in civil, corporate, and criminal litigation, real estate transactions (both commercial and residential), partnership disputes, matrimonial law, and Alternate Reproductive Technology “ART” Law. She is particularly enthusiastic about motion practice and appellate work and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants with great success.

  Martin Zelner

  Mr. Zelner's area of specialization is in estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. For over thirty-five years he has advised clients on the dispositions of their estates, formulated estate plans and drafted the documents to implement those plans. Mr. Zelner has substantial experience in the use of techniques to transfer wealth at minimum estate and gift tax cost. He also spends a good deal of his time on matters which are not solely tax-related, such as business succession planning and asset protection strategies. Mr. Zelner is also experienced in the formation and operation of private foundations and in the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial agreements.
