• Breast Augmentation

  Breast augmentation surgery increases breast size by using saline or silicone breast implants and/or the patient’s own fat (fat transfer to the breast). Silicone breast implants: Silicone breast implants are filled with silicone gel to feel more like natural breast tissue. If the implant were to break the implant will not collapse and the gel might even remain inside the implant. These implants are FDA-approved for women ages 22 and up. Silicone implants are the most commonly used implant globally – as they offer the most natural feel and last longer than saline implants. Saline breast implants: Saline implants are filled with sterile saline (salt water). If the implant were to pop the saline would be absorbed and naturally expelled from the body. Saline implants provide uniform shape and are FDA-approved for women ages 18 and up.

• Body Contouring With Kybella

  Kybella was approved by the FDA in 2015 to destroy subcutaneous fat cells accumulating under the chin- creating the appearance of a double chin. Kybella is a synthetic version of the naturally occurring deoxycholic acid (a molecule found in your gastrointestinal track working to metabolize fat). This non-human and non-animal treatment permanently destroys fat and tightens the skin surrounding the treatment area. Kybella can be injected in a variety of areas apart from the submental region, i.e. arms, abdomen, and outer thighs to improve the overall contour. Weight gain in these areas can be attributed to many things, namely genetics, age, diet, and loss of mobility. Traditional methods to treat excess fat required liposuction or thermal manipulation treatments. However, Dr. Shridharani’s Surgery in a Syringe℠ for body contouring with Kybella is a non-invasive, non-surgical treatment that offers less downtime for the patient. Not all patients are candidates for Kybella; therefore, other safe surgical procedures performed by Dr. Shridharani still may be necessary.

• Arm Lift

  An arm lift or brachioplasty is a surgical procedure designed to improve the contour of the arms by excess skin and fat being removed. An arm lift procedure by Dr. Shridharani will leave the skin smoother and tighter. • Brazilian Butt Lift

  The “Brazilian butt lift” is a procedure where fat is liposuctioned from part of the body that the patient wants contoured (arms, tummy, love handles, back bra roll, thighs, hips, calves/ankles, etc…) and then has his/her own fat injected into the buttocks to improve fullness. The procedure was popularized in Brazil and now is performed routinely in the United States. Brazilian butt augmentation aka Brazilian butt lift (BBL) aka gluteal augmentation surgery is a type of buttock augmentation procedure which uses a person’s own fat to naturally increase the shape and contour of the buttocks. Liposuction is performed to remove fat from other areas of the body (usually the stomach, hips, and thighs). The fat is then transferred to the buttocks. Additional liposuction can be completed around the buttock to improve the appearance of lift and contour, resulting in a perkier and more youthful buttock.

• Fat Transfer

  An autologous fat transfer is removing fat, through liposuction, from one area of the patient’s body to another.   The MINT Lift is Dr. Shridharani’s non-surgical approach to neck rejuvenation. Minimally Invasive Neck Tightening The MINT Lift works by first addressing the additional fat in the neck aka double chin by having Kybella (FDA approved world’s first permanently fat dissolving injectable). Kybella not only permanently helps get rid of the double chin, it also has an added benefit of tightening the neck. After the fat has been dissolved, patients can have laser treatments to their neck skin to help tighten loose skin and improve overall appearance, especially if there is sun damage involved.
