His extensive experience in senior positions across a variety of brokerage models has inspired his vision to create a new kind of luxury real estate firm that fosters the next generation of real estate talent with unprecedented support. Michael grew up in a family with seven kids where accomplishment and high performance were the norm, with parents and siblings alike enjoying successful careers as attorneys, nurses and medical doctors. Michael’s real estate rise began right after graduating from Manhattan’s Sy Syms School of Business with a degree in finance. He began working for a software company, and in two years had already closed over $1 million in sales, and put a small startup company on the map by consummating a huge deal with the national restaurant chain Sbarro. It was after investing his entire commission in real estate that Michael finally realized real estate development and sales were his true passion. In his experience with over 500 transactions, Michael has become an expert on pricing, negotiation and innovative marketing strategies. He started off working for an international real estate firm before joining the highest ranks at Prudential Douglas Elliman, the largest brokerage on the East Coast, as part of an award-winning sales team. Michael’s background has provided him with the unparalleled insight and skills necessary to create a unique vision for M.INT. During her tenure as sales manager for one of the tallest new condos in Williamsburg, she successfully facilitated Top Chef: New York to produce its television show in the penthouse of the project; a high-profile move which garnered national exposure and thrust the building into the spotlight. Before entering real estate, Nick was lead digital strategist for major brands such as Lacoste, Samsung, and Volvo, a vital experience that empowered him to become a social media pro who today excels at property marketing in the digital world. A seasoned traveler who has lived in Spain and visited all seven continents, Nick has a strong international background that inspires him to foster deeper appreciation for different cultures, and whether it’s new food spots or up-and-coming neighborhoods, he is constantly looking to expand his horizons by exploring the cultural hotspot of New York City.
