Le Pain Quotidien is a Belgian bakery and restaurant at 97th and Madison, steps from Museum Mile and the heart of the Upper East Side. We've been bakers since the beginning - every morning starts with organic sourdough, slow fermentation and fresh-baked loaves. Stop in before the Met, settle in for a long weekend brunch or grab a tartine and specialty coffee to go. Our menu is built around simple, wholesome food: croissants, eggs, seasonal salads, soups, house-made desserts and a full selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. All made with natural ingredients, and organic wherever possible. Dine in at our communal table or take away - open from 6:30am Monday to Friday.
