Kimberly Ilardi
<p><!--block-->I have been with Park Avenue KinderCare for the past six years in the management role. Prior to this, I previously worked in childcare management at a smaller center in Queens, NY and my overall experience working with children in a structured learning environment exceeds ten years. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood Education from SUNY College at Old Westbury and I am currently pursing and MBA from the University of Phoenix. My pride and ultimate joy is my son, Lee. He has attended one of our centers since he was four months old and grown through the programs offered and we have had a wonderful experience. I am an advocate for our centers because I have seen his amazing developmental progress both cognitively and physically over the past few years. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and trying new and fun activities and adventures. I love the Metropolitan area and truly appreciate the diversity and culture that the city offers. I have always had a strong passion for working with young children and thoroughly enjoy watching their growth and development. I coached recreational and competitive gymnastics for over 10 years and it is honestly a strong passion of mine as well. I believe that all children are unique and special in their own way and deserve an environment that is positive, warm and engaging to help them further grow, explore and develop.</p>
