Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon | Business Owner | Medical DirectorDr. Jennifer Walden is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is formally fellowship-trained in Cosmetic Surgery. After her plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas, she trained at the world-renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital on 64th between 2nd and 3rd in NYC, and was the Aesthetic Program Director there for many years. She lives in her hometown of Austin, Texas so that her twin boys, Houston and Rex, can be raised near their family. The boys were born in the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Dr. Walden is excited to call NYC her second home. As the saying goes, once a New Yorker, always a New Yorker! Dr. Walden owns her own business of Walden Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, and operates in her own fully accredited office operating suite in Austin where she and her team are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety. She also has two full medspas in Austin and often travels to lecture around the world on noninvasive vaginal rejuvenation, breast and body contouring, labiaplasty, laser and light-based anti-aging facial treatments, facial cosmetic surgery and many more topics. Dr. Walden is the co-author of a textbook by Elsevier Ltd. (London) called Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. She learned and trained in her aesthetic surgery fellowship under many of the plastic surgery greats such as Dr. Sherrell Aston, Dr. Daniel Baker, and Dr. Nicholas Tabbal.

William Lao, MD
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon | Medical DirectorWilliam Lao, M.D. is a USA trained, board-certified plastic surgeon who is joining the Skintology team as Medical Director. He is licensed in both the United States and in Taiwan and double boarded in Plastic Surgery in both countries. Dr. Lao specializes in cosmetic surgeries of the face and the body, treating patients of all ethnicities due to his understanding of cultural ideals and his customized surgical approach. Dr. Lao studied at The Johns Hopkins University in the United States where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and Computer Science. Dr. Lao later earned his Doctorate of Medicine degree (M.D.) from The Johns Hopkins University and went on to complete six years of integrated residency training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After residency, he completed the most sought out aesthetic surgery fellowship in Manhattan, New York under the guidance of Dr. Sherrell J. Aston.

Dr. Yogita Kasyhyap
Board-Certified in OphthalmologyDr. Kashyap is our main physician injector at Skintology Medspa. She is a leader in the field of oculofacial plastic surgery and is a clinical instructor at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and Jacobi Hospital. She is also a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO), a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), and a member of the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society. Dr. Kashyap has devoted her career to cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery, as well as non-surgical facial rejuvenation and tear system procedures.She completed her residency and fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Reconstructive & Orbital Surgery at the prestigious New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Prior to her residency and fellowship, Dr. Kashyap graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and earned her medical degree from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center.

Dr. Carolyn DeLucia
Board-Certified in Obstetrics & GynecologyDr. Carolyn DeLucia has been in general Obstetrics & Gynecology practice since 1992. She did her undergraduate studies at Rutgers College in New Jersey where she graduated with honors and Phi Beta Kappa. She went on to medical school at New York Medical College followed by her internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. More recently she has evolved her practice to gynecology and women’s health/ anti-aging medicine. With her interest in preventative techniques she opened ViVa Rejuvenation center in Hillsborough, New Jersey. We are happy to have Dr. DeLucia on our team at Skintology MedSpa’s female health and sexual wellness arm, The Vaginal Rejuvenation Center of New York, PLLC. Dr. DeLucia is an expert in the booming field of noninvasive vaginal rejuvenation as a fully trained gynecologist and Dr. Walden is as well from the plastic surgery pathway. Gina Yvegeny
Gina founded Skintology in 2004. She completed her chemistry degree in Russia and came to the Big Apple in 1980. She began her career as a chemist and worked in product development for a New York dermatologist, Dr. Zizmor. Years later, she joined the team of plastic surgeon, Dr. Williams; plastic surgeon, Dr. Fischer; and dermatologist, Dr. Brauner. In early 2006, her focus became developing her own chemical-free product line. That year, she also developed a signature treatment for an embryo-assisted, DNA-replacement procedure.After twenty-four years of experience, she believes one solution for every patient does not exist. Gina is the leader in the skincare industry and she believes that product is not powerful without treatment. Gina continues to research and develop, and with the help of Dr. Jennifer Walden, is able to have customized and specialized procedures for every patient.Gina is confident that with her expertise and experience and Dr. Walden’s talent, sophistication, and first-class technique, we can help each patient achieve their goals.

Yana Charnaya
Yana was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. Yana received a cosmetology license in 1992 and has received specialty training in medical aesthetics. Yana started working as a medical aesthetician at the Dermatology Center and Medical Spa in Birmingham, Alabama. Yana moved to New York City in 1998 and worked at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa and Greenhouse Spa. For the last 11 years, Yana has worked as a medical aesthetician and laser technician at The MedSpa Manhattan. In 2004, Yana became a certified laser hair removal technician with the American Laser Center. Yana is highly skilled and has knowledge of a wide variety of non-invasive procedures.Yana is certified with Aurora DSR, Cutera, Lumines, Candela, and Polylase to perform hair epilation and skin rejuvenation. In 2016, Yana participated in a comprehensive hands-on program using the Cynosure SculpSure laser system and later completed the Transfer to Transformation assessment training using Allergan CoolSculpting. Yana is also certified in Ultherapy to help tighten and lift the face without surgery.Yana is committed to creating a unique experience and a completely customized aesthetic plan for every patient and is overjoyed to be a part of Dr. Walden’s team.

Cavi Sherry
Cavi is our client relations coordinator at The MedSpa Manhattan. After graduating from her three-year degree in business administration and modern languages from Maynooth University, she planned her move to the United States and hasn’t looked back since! Cavi is a talented and assertive young lady with previous experience working with international airline, Aer Lingus. Her skills have enabled her to specialize in business acquisitions on an internal level and be responsible for the transfer of data of sensitive nature. Cavi has also spent time in front of the camera working on international advertisement campaigns throughout her reign as Miss Maynooth University 2014. While attending MU, she was a committee member of the Irish Society, and won Best Irish Society of the Year in 2015. She creates a positive experience for clients and has an integral role at the MedSpa handling online communications, social media, and researching innovative procedures and skincare to benefit our clients in the ever-changing skincare industry. In her free time, Cavi enjoys eating out at one of the unlimited choices of NYC restaurants, traveling, and catching up on Botched!

Kyle Krzesowik
Kyle is the front desk coordinator at The MedSpa Manhattan. After growing up in the suburbs of Detroit, MI, Kyle attended Yale University for a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology (MC ’15). His undergraduate focus in neurobiology led to a year of research with Yale’s Department of Neurology, during which Kyle discovered his passion for patient care. After moving to New York, he started putting his organizational and interpersonal skills to work in private medical offices around the city. Now, Kyle has found his home at Skintology NY, where he oversees the daily operations of the office’s front desk with an emphasis on patient satisfaction and improved business performance. In addition to serving as the first point of patient contact and resolving client issues, Kyle manages the practice’s data in compliance with medical and ethical regulations and coordinates staff and office procedures to ensure accuracy and increase productivity. In his free time, he can be found cuddling up with his Ragdoll cat, Ollie, reading a good book or catching up on one of his favorite medical dramas.
